We seek a skilled 3D artist or studio to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D interior renderings and animations for an upcoming project. The objective is to produce visually stunning, immersive images and animations that showcase the interior design of various spaces in exquisite detail. These renderings will be used for client presentations, marketing, and promotional materials, so attention to realism, lighting, and texture accuracy is essential.

Scope of Work:

1. Interior Renderings:
   • Create ultra-realistic 3D renders of interior spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, office spaces, or commercial interiors.
   • Capture intricate details of furniture, fixtures, lighting, textures, and materials.
   • Achieve accurate lighting setups (natural and artificial) to showcase each room’s ambiance.
   • Multiple camera angles and views present different perspectives of each space.
   • Day and night lighting variations, as well as any specific mood or design aesthetic desired by the client (e.g., modern, industrial, cozy).
2. 3D Animation:
   • Develop smooth, high-definition walkthrough animations of the rendered interior spaces.
   • Animation should simulate a realistic flow through the space, giving a natural feel as if physically moving through the area.
   • Focus on showing the interaction of light with surfaces, reflections, shadows, and other elements that contribute to the photorealistic quality.
   • We integrate environmental effects such as moving curtains, dynamic lighting changes, or subtle scene transitions.
   • The duration and pacing of tAnimationion should be designed to engage viewers while showing all the design’s key features.
3. Customizable Designs:
   • Ability to quickly make revisions or updates to textures, colors, and materials based on client feedback.
   • Optional inclusion of staging or decor elements to enhance the visual appeal (e.g., artwork, plants, personal items).

Technical Requirements:

• The final renderings should be 4K resolution or higher, suitable for print, web, and presentation uses.
• The animations should be delivered in high-definition video formats (1080p or 4K) with smooth transitions and high frame rates (at least 30 fps).
• For potential future edits, source files should be in a compatible format (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc.).
• Strict attention to detail in textures, shadows, reflections, and finishes to ensure photorealism.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Proven experience in 3D architectural reanimation animation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior visualizations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, etc.).
• Expertise in lighting, material shaders, and advanced rendering techniques.
• Understanding of architectural design principles and interior aesthetics.

Deliverables:

• 5-10 photorealistic interior renderings per space (multiple angles).
• 1-3 minutes of high-quality 3D animated walkthrough for each project.
• Source files for future modifications.
• Post-production edits (if necessary), including color grading, adding effects, etc.

Timeline:

• The project should be completed within 4-6 weeks, with regular progress updates and revisions as needed.
